What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept credit cards (Visa/Mastercard) AMEX for monthly accounts, and checks or money orders on annual accounts.

How often am I billed?

Your credit card will be charged on the billing day that you signed up on a monthly basis.

What happens if my credit card is cancelled or stolen?

What is your policy on disconnecting accounts with late/no payments?

We do NOT automatically disconnect accounts who fail to pay a late or no payment on their account. On failure to receive payment on due date, NetWebSolutions® will send a late payment notification, and 10 days thereafter. Failure to respond or properly pay due amount within a 30 day period of amounts due will result in deactivation of your hosting account.
